   All metal, galvanized steel construction. Overall height 17", with wheel diameter of 5". Detailed instructions. Contains 140 parts, including lubricant impregnated Oilon Bearings which enables the wheel to spin freely in the slightest breeze. Factory Hint: use double-sided tape to back up nuts as you work in the mast pipe area.
