The Aermotor Windmill Company has continuously manufactured windmills since 1888. Today, our
40,000 sq. ft. San Angelo, Texas plant successfully combines modern manufacturing technology with
old-world craftsmanship.

Our manufacturing process begins with our commitment to parts compatibility far in excess of
what most firms face today. It's a testimony to La Verne Noyes and Thomas Perry's timeless, innovative
mechanical designs. Because of the simple durability and long working life of Aermotor windmills,
our parts are compatible with Aermotor windmills manufactured in 1933.

Aermotor is commited to timely parts availability for our distributers. We understand the importance
of getting a windmill back in service quickly when livestock is at stake. Our mill and tower parts
inventory exceeds 1,000 different parts, plus we maintain a complete line of well parts including
cylinders, both fiberglass and steel sucker rods, wood pump poles and pump rods.

Tail vanes that eventually carry Aermotor's name to every corner of the world begin life as 12'X
4' sheets of galvanized sheet metal. Under the experienced hands of a master sheet metal worker,
tail vanes, sails and helmets take shape then stand ready for delivery.

In the past three years we've made dramatic improvements to both production capacity and quality
control. Our most recent retooling effort involved adding Warner & Swasey and J&L high-capacity
industrial lathes to our machine shop. When you couple that with the craftsmanship and years of
experience our machinists bring to the firm, it's a winning combination.
Aermotor is firmly grounded with our place in history, but we're not standing still. In fact, we're bringing leading edge manufacturing technology to our production line.
Our R&D effort is also in full swing with several patent applications working and new efficient
designs on the drawing boards. As we test new materials and take advantage of current advances
in metallurgy, our focus stays firmly fixed on parts interchangeability. It's paying off. Our
unitized 8' mastpipe is just one example of Aermotor's innovative design engineering. It's milled
from a single piece of #1022 stock and designed for recutting as wear occurs in the shoulder area.
The result is a significantly stronger mast pipe requiring no initial parts assembly, but one
that can be re-machined at almost any machine shop with virtually no loss in structural integrity.

Besides manufacturing every size mill, from X (6') to F (16'), Aermotor also manufactures every
size tower to meet any installation configuration, from 21' to 47'. What begins as a single 40'
section of premium grade 2 1/2" angle iron quickly becomes everything from a galvanized anchor
post to a girt. Every part is crafted to Aermotor specifications. Every part is inventoried and
ready to ship.

Aermotor provides complete pumping packages, from the tip of a galvanized sail to the brass strainer
at the bottom of the well. Strong relationships with leading manufacturers such as Midland Manufacturing,
Nix and Garlock Bearings Inc. enable Aermotor to meet the full range of dealer and driller needs.
We carry a full inventory of shallow and deep well cylinders, steel and fiberglass sucker rods,
wood pump poles, bearings and virtually every other part required by any windmiller in the world.
At the end of the day, the net result of this blending of craftsmanship, technology, design engineering
and quality-controlled production management is a smooth and efficient manufacturing process that
insures prompt delivery on finished windmills, complete assemblies, replacement part orders and
towers.

And who picks parts and even helps load the trailer to make sure everything is correct before it leaves the plant? As often as not, it's Kees Verheul, Aermotor's Owner.
So the next time you see the Aermotor trailer on the highway, honk and wave. You'll be saying hello to the company headed into the next 118 years of its business life.
We appreciate the encouragement, and we'd like to have you as a customer.
